One of the things many people struggle with is consistent promotion.  You know what you should be doing but actually doing it …….

Well that’s a whole other ball game.

I know marketers and business coaches who struggle to do this for themselves.

I know marketing & PR consultants who regularly promote others yet struggle to promote themselves.

It’s like this huge curtain comes down which prevents us moving forward with our own promotion.

We know exactly what we should be doing but we’re not doing it (yes there are plenty of times I have struggled with this myself).

We could analyse all the reasons why – ever told “don’t boast”, “don’t show off”, “don’t get too big for your boots”, “who do you think you are”, “that’s not for the likes of us”, or a hundred and one other messages we are bombarded with as children.

But sooner or later, we simply have to put the introspection to one side and simply take action.

And there are three things I know that support us – without fail:

  1. A finite time:

The downside with promotion is it’s constant – you have to be doing it consistently, which means it’s easy to put off until tomorrow – after all you’re going to be doing it forever….

So…. an extra day won’t hurt.

Unfortunately that’s followed by another ….. and another ….

Before you know it another month has gone by.

So a short focus like 21 days – where you know you have to show up daily for 21 days – well it’s much easier to do that – because it’s not forever

  1. Structure

Whether this is something you create yourself or you follow a tried and tested system.

Having a structure to follow makes it easier – as you don’t have to decide from scratch each time.  You save time and mental bandwidth – meaning you are less likely to go for that admin job, or hang the washing on the line.

Because you know exactly what form your promotion is taking it’s easy to simply do it as you don’t have to spend time thinking about it.

  1. Support / Accountability

Whether it’s an accountability buddy or a support network, having people around you who are going to check in with you, support you, celebrate your wins, and give you a kick up the butt when you’re procrastinating – you get into action.  I know there’s no way I’d get up at 6am to plunge into a freezing cold quarry if I hadn’t arranged to meet someone!

So, when I was thinking about running a challenge to help you get more clients I wanted it to incorporate all of these elements.  I think you’ll like what I’ve come up with (I’m excited).

21 Days of Sacred Lead Generation

Every day I will give you one lead-generation activity for you to implement.

You do it.

You track it.

At the end of the 21 days you review it:

  • What worked.
  • What didn’t work.
  • Where you hit resistance.
  • What activities resonated with you.
  • What activities didn’t.

It means you get the practical how to:

  • 21 lead generation activities that are free to implement

And you get the deeper transformational work:

  • Insights into the patterns that play out as you implement.

It’s going to be amazing.  I’m very excited.

And the best news of all, it’s free.
